Counselling & Psychotherapy
Ballina, Co. Tipperary

Welcome!
I provide counselling and psychotherapy to adults looking to improve their emotional and psychological well-being.
By providing a safe, non-judgemental space to explore thoughts, feelings and behaviours, I work in addressing issues that impact negatively on a person’s quality of life.
Among the problem issues that I work with are depression, anxiety, addiction, obsessive thoughts or behaviours, abuse, self-esteem, attachment and relationship issues.
I take an evidence-based approach to my work whilst ensuring that my client’s dignity, individuality and autonomy are respected.
